Scribner Dolores C. (nee Siwek), age 74, passed away on September 20th after a courageous battle with cancer. Preceded in death by husband, Don; and sister, Pauline. Survived by daughters, Marlene (Gary) Torgerson of Edina, Denise (Steve) Gordon of St Francis; sons, Don, Jr. (Lori) Scribner of Red Wing, Dave (Donna) Scribner of Brooklyn Park; 14 grandchildren, Scott, Tiffany (Greg), Phil (Nicole), Tony (Marit), Jesse, Joe, Don III, Leah, Adam, Brittany, John, Michael, Mandi and Lindsay; 4 great-grandchildren, Matt, Anna, Tiana and Andrea, and one on the way; brothers, Paul, Jerry, Loran, Mike, Jerome; and sister, Sharon. Spent her whole life taking care of others. Retired after 40+ years of daycare. Many thanks to the North Memorial Hospice Staff for their care and support. She is now in the loving hands of God and family that has passed before her. She will live on in our hearts forever. Mass of Christian Burial Wednesday, 10 am, at Church of St Philip, 26th and Bryant Ave N. Visitation Tuesday, 5-8 pm, with prayer service 7 pm at Kapala-Glodek Northeast Chapel, 13th Ave & 3rd St NE and visitation one hour prior to Mass at church.
