Harmer Dennis ''Andy'', 35, of Mpls. died Tuesday April 30 at his home in Mpls. He was born May 16, 1966 in Bemidji, MN, the son of Hugh & Ellen Harmer. He attended schools in Buffalo, MN. and Bemidji. He graduated Bemidji High School in 1985. He loved art and attended Mpls. College of Art & Design. He worked at the Walker Art Center and First Avenue. His kind and gentle soul will be missed greatly. We have lost someone very special. He is survived by his cat, Edith; friends, Brian and Adrian; mother, Ellen Harmer of Bemidji; sisters, Jennifer Mills of Bemidji, Theresa (Craig) Pierce of Buffalo, Renee Harmer of Whitefish, MT; nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and a lot of friends. He was preceded in death by his father; cousin, John Silva; and aunt, Lois Engquist. A Memorial gathering is being planned for Saturday, May 11, 3-5 pm, Cremation Society of MN, 4343 Nicollet Ave., Mpls. (612-825-2435). Memorials preferred to MAP or donor's choice.
