Byrd David J. Byrd, age 49 of Eden Prairie. Chief Financial Officer for CNS Inc. of Eden Prairie, former partner at Cooper's and Lybrand, and CFO Medisys Corp. Died Wednesday after a brief illness with a brain malignancy. Avid supporter of the arts, lover of choral music and dance, loving husband and father. Preceded in death by his parents, Louise & Emy. Survived by wife, Joyce; children, Catherine (14) and Caroline (11); siblings, Trudy (Jim) Fleming, Oregon, IL, Terrie (Don) Edwards, Roscoe, IL, Bob (Cindy) Byrd of Polo, IL, Mike (Karla) Byrd of Polo, IL, Tena (Drew) Terry of Polo, IL, and Tami Byrd of Polo, IL; many nieces and nephews. Memorial service Saturday, 11:30 AM, with visitation 1 hour before, at St. Andrew Lutheran Church, 13600 Technology Dr., Eden Prairie (1 mile west of 494 along state Hwy 5).
