Phipps David F., age 91, Bloomington resident since 1948, on October 7, 2002. Preceded in death by wife, Erma and son, Burdette. Survived by daughter, Beverly Hammer; 6 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and many loving relatives. Funeral service 2 pm Thursday at Martin Luther Manor Chapel, 1401 E. 100th St., Bloomington. Visitation 5-7 pm Wednesday at Gill Brothers Funeral Chapel, 9947 Lyndale Ave S. & 1 hour prior to service at Martin Luther Manor Chapel. Private interment. GILL BROTHERS 952-888-7771
