Foley Hon. Daniel F., age 80, of Maplewood, formerly of Wabasha, MN, suddenly on August 17, 2002. Retired Judge of Minnesota Court of Appeals and past National Commander of the American Legion. Preceded in death by first wife, Ellen and son, Patrick. Survived by wife, Jeane; sons, Daniel (Lyn), Tom (Jana), Kevin (Shula), Rory (Ginger); stepchildren, Brandon, Sharon, Susan and Tom; 10 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; sisters, Mary Ferron, Catherine Quigley, Eileen Eaves, Rose Miller; brothers, Robert, Eugene & Patrick; many nieces & nephews. Mass of Christian Burial 1:30 PM Thurs. at THE CHURCH OF THE ASSUMPTION, 51 W. 7th St., St. Paul. Private interment. Visitation 4-8 PM Wednesday at WILLWERSCHEID & PETERS MORTUARY, 1167 Grand Ave., St. Paul. Rosary service 8 PM Wed.
