Survived by son, Daniel III; father, Vernon; brother, Phillip (Robynn); sisters, Denise Kotula and Diane Kotula (Aaron); niece, Courtney; nephews, Spencer and Joshua. Mass of Christian Burial Sat., 10 am, St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church, 7180 Hemlock Lane, Maple Grove. Entombment Gethsemane Cemetery. Visitation 5-8 pm Friday at Kapala-Glodek-Malone Chapel, 7800 Bass Lake Rd., New Hope, with vigil service 7 pm & at church one hour prior to Mass. 763-535-4112
