Kozak Cora Emily (Anderson), age 90, of NE Mpls. Preceded in death by husbands, Elmer H. Anderson and Edward Kozak; daughter, Ruth Ann; sister, Marian. Survived by son, Donald (Colleen) of Gold Canyon, AZ; daughter, Helen (Bill) Schmit of Overland Park, KS; 11 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren; brothers, George and Joseph (Jan). Interment Hillside Cemetery. Funeral service 1:30 pm Monday, with visitation one hour prior at: Washburn-McReavy Northeast Chapel 29th & Johnson St. NE 612-781-6828
