Wittels Christopher D., 43, of Martinez, CA, passed away January 12, 2002. Chris is survived by his mother, Helen; brother, Rick; sisters, Gail and Nancy, and his ''kids,'' Birdie and Sam the parrots. Chris was a graduate of Roosevelt H.S. in Mpls. A gathering in celebration of Chris' life will be held Sunday in CA (408-253-3900). In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Joshua Parrot Rescue Foundation (925) 279-0781.
