Cook Chester J., 86, of Elko, MN, died October 23, 2002 at Hennepin County Medical Center as result of a car accident. Survived by wife, Alberta; step-daughter, Bonnie (Hal) Runke, St. Louis Park, MN; two step-grandsons, Michael (Jennifer) Pendleton, Eagan, MN, Boone Pendleton, Burnsville, MN; sister, Marian McNallan, Kellogg, MN; brother, Allan Cook, Torrence, CA. Funeral Mass Tuesday, October 29, 2:30 pm at Immaculate Conception Church, rural Kellogg, MN. Burial church cemetery. Visitation one hour before service at church. Church directions: Hwy 61 So. to Kellogg. Turn right onto Wabasha Cty Rd #18. Go approx. 7 miles to church or Hwy 52 So. to Oronoco exit (Olmsted Cty Rd #12), East to Plainview on Hwy 247. Turn left onto Hwy 42 to Wabasha Cty Rd #14. Turn left & go 3½ miles to church. Abbott Funeral Home, Wabasha. 651-565-3546
