Brown Charles Monroe, 73, passed away January 8, 2002. He is survived by his wife, Margaret Brown; sons, Charles, Vennis, Mark and Brock Brown all of Minneapolis; daughters, Vickie Brown of Dallas, TX, Cynthy Brown of Tulsa, OK, Billy Beck of Dallas, TX; sisters, Verna Smith of Plano, TX, Lillie Pearl Clay of Washington; 16 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; a host of relatives and friends. Visitation Tuesday, January 15, 2002, 10-11AM Funeral will follow at 11 AM at Estes Funeral Chapel, 2210 Plymouth Avenue North. Interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
