Anker Charles Arthur, age 84, passed away Feb. 22, 2003. He was a research chemist at General Mills. Preceded in death by wife, Lillian Ruth. Survived by children, Arthur, Cecilia, Dorothy, Alice, Marjorie and Martha; 13 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
