Errett Carolyn K., age 54, of Mtka. Preceded in death by father, Donald Maddox; father-in-law, Dale Errett. Survived by husband, Jack; daughter, Jennifer (Klint) Rybicki; mother, Eldora Maddox; sisters, Cathy (Rick) Dickson, Cheryl (Cliff) Bohlmann; mother-in-law, Marcene Errett; nieces, nephews, family and friends. Special thanks to the staff at Hopkins North Junior High School. Service Friday, 11 am, Gethsemane Lutheran Church, 715 Minnetonka Mills Road, Hopkins.
