Carter Carolyn K. (nee Vanstrom), age 46 of St. Paul, passed away on June 15, 2003. Preceded in death by father, Robert. Survived by husband, Robert; children, Corrin, Stephanie, and Jason; mother, Vangy Vanstrom; brother, Dwayne (Dianne); sisters, Shirley (Don) Conner, Susan (Gary) Winters, Mary (Rick) McCullough; mother-in- law, Betty Carter; and other relatives and friends. Funeral service 1 PM Thursday, June 19, 2003 at EMMAUS LUTHERAN CHURCH, 1074 W. Idaho Ave, St. Paul. Interment Roselawn Cemetery. Visitation 4-8 PM Wednesday, June 18th at MUELLER-BIES FUNERAL HOME - ROSEVILLE, 2130 N. Dale at County Rd. B and at the church from 12 noon Thursday until time of service.
