Carl Nestor Obituary

Nestor Carl (Herb), a lifetime resident of Fridley & NE Mpls, was born on Nov. 15, 1911 and passed away on Jan. 7, 2002 at 90 years of age. He was predeceased by wife, Marcella, and brother, Ken. He is survived by sister-in-law, Charlotte Nestor and her children, David Nestor and Jerlyn Herrera; cousins, Janet Peters, Harvey Hanggi, Richard Hanggi and Maryanne Hanggi; nieces, Bonnie (Paul) Garcia, and Jerri (Charles) Snell, and nephew, Kris (Nancy) Pappas and long-time friends, Tom McCarthy and John Dorf. Herb was a lifetime member of the Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers Union Local #1 and the Arcana Mason Lodge #187 AF & AM. He served in the US Navy as a Seabee during WWII. Graveside services will be held at Hillside Cemetery, 19th Ave NE & Hwy 88, on Thursday, Jan. 10, 2002 at 2 pm. Washburn-McReavy 612-781-6828
