Paul Billy J., age 74, of St. Paul, on August 6, 2002. Preceded in death by parents; and son, William J. Jr. Survived by wife and companion of 53 years, Phyllis (Dustin); sons, Jerry (Dawn), Ron, Jim (Brenda), Tim (Shelly) and Tim's twin Tom; 10 grandchildren; brothers, Bud (Marian) and Greg (JoAnn) and sister, Donna (Earl) Jones; many other relatives and friends. Billy was a retired lithographer in graphic design. Member of Local 1M. Visitation Friday 4-8 PM at HOLCOMB-HENRY-BOOM FUNERAL HOME, 536 N. Snelling Ave., St. Paul. Graveside services 10 AM Monday at Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Memorials preferred. 651-646-2844
