Webb Billie F. (Nee Cheatam), age 68, of New Prague, died 5/9/03. Bloomington Montgomery Ward retiree. Survived by husband, Lonnie; children, Lorraine, Donna, Carol & Herb; 6 step-children, 2 sisters, 5 grandchildren, 17 step-grandchildren. Preceded in death by first husband, Herbert Smith. Memorial Service 8 pm Tuesday at Bruzek Funeral Home, New Prague (952-758-4949). Visitation 1 hour prior to service. Memorials to Queen of Peace Hospital, New Prague.
