Lindquist Betty L., age 81 of Anoka. Retired from Cornelius. Former owner of the costume shop and catering service in Crooked Lake. Past president of the VFW Women's Auxiliary and volunteered at the Anoka Maple Manor N.H. Preceded in death by husband, Harold; stepson, James Lindquist; grandson, Wade Flores; brother, Dean Ekmark. Survived by daughter, Cynthia Flores (Tony); son, Jerry Ekmark; grandchildren, Lisa Flores, Whitney Renteria, and Curt Ekmark; stepgrandchildren, Russell and Eric Lindquist; great-grandchildren, Courtney and Andrew Ekmark, Marissa and Illana Renteria; brothers, Don and Bill Ekmark; sister, Marjorie Buechler. Funeral service Thursday 11 am at Zion Lutheran Church, 4th Ave & Adams St, Anoka. Visitation one hour prior to service. Private interment Forest Hill Cemetery. Thurston-Lindberg 763-421-0220
