Gits Bernetta M., age 67, formerly of Shakopee, lost her battle with cancer on March 1, 2003. Survived by daughters, Diane (Jeffrey) Chapman of Maple Grove, Shelly (Shawn) Wilson of Edina, Annette (Richard) Wermerskirchen of Shakopee; son, Bob (Gwen) Gits of Burnsville; 7 grandchildren; sister, Roseadelle Traen of Canby; brothers, Dennis (Judy) Gregoire of TX and Bud (Doris) Gregoire of Cottonwood. Preceded in death by husband, Thomas, her parents, and brother, Theodore. Memorial service Wed. 3PM at the Cavanaugh-McNearney Funeral Home, 1220 E. Third Ave, Shakopee.
