Smeltzly Anna Ingeborg (nee Johansson). Beloved Svenska Flicka. Born December 28, 1921 in Hillsand, Sweden. Longtime resident of Richfield and Bloomington. Died Sunday, July 6, 2003. Preceded in death by husband, Alfred Smeltzly; daughter, JoAnne Smeltzly and sister, Ingrid Blanchette. Survived by son, Mark Smeltzly; daughter, Mary (Michael) Chiappetta and their children Daniel and Ryan; son-in-law, Phil (Sheri) Eckhert and their children Carl, Emma and Sarah; brother, Erik (Jean) Johansson and sisters, Marta Axelson and Kersti Mansson; nieces and nephews, Nancy, Sue, Joan, Mary, Meka, Ewa, Bud, John and their families. Anna was also blessed with many close and dear friendships. Memorial Service at House of Prayer Lutheran Church, 7625 Chicago Ave S., Richfield, on Tuesday, July 15 at 1 PM. A coffee hour will follow the service. Private interment at Dawn Valley Memorial Park in Bloomington. Special thanks to Fairview Hospice staff Kolette, Anne, Pat and Jean.
