Syvock (Ruthie); sister, Lena Prazniuk; grandchildren, Michael, Anna Marie, Gary, Edward, Kirk, David and Chad; great-grandchildren, Nicole, Kevin, Donald, Jeffrey, Eric, Paige, Branden, Brent, Logan and Lydia. Funeral from the Kozlak-Radulovich Funeral Chapel, 1918 University Ave NE Friday at 12:30 PM. Funeral services at St. Michael's Ukrainian Orthodox Church (5th Ave NE & 4th St.) at 1 PM.
