Andersen Alvin, age 70, of Maple Plain, on Dec. 31, 2002. Beloved father and grandfather. Preceded in death by parents. Survived by loving wife of 47 years, Margie; children, Denice (Bryan) Hendricks, Jody (Dana) Jenkins; grandchildren, Nicole, Dan, Andy and Alex; brother, Kenneth (Midge) and sisters, Harriet (Wesley) and Sharon (Ivan); many wonderful friends and neighbors. Mass of Christian Burial 11 am Saturday at St. George Catholic Church, 133 N. Brown Rd., Long Lake. Visitation 4-8 pm Friday at Rettinger Funeral Home with prayer service at 7:30 pm.
