Ophus Allen Roy Ophus, age 88, of Robbinsdale. Preceded in death by his wife, Mickey. Survived by brother-in-law, Richard Brurok of Milwaukee; stepson, Dick Hedglin & family; special friend, Joe Hayden; many nieces and nephews. Allen was a drummer for a band at Nye's (The Ruth Adams Band). Services Monday 11 AM at Evans-Nordby Funeral Home, 6000 Brooklyn Blvd, Brooklyn Center. Visitation Sunday 4-7 PM, and also 1 hour prior to service. Interment Mound Cemetery. Evans-Nordby 763-533-3000
