Survived by Beatrice, his wife of 64 years; daughter, Delia Anne Whitney (Bill); 2 grandchildren; brother, Charles, Elk River; sisters, Donna Wiethoff, Plymouth, Mary Dare, Minnetonka. Graduated Elk River HS & U of MN.
